The pairing of cheese and wine is undoubtedly one of life’s greatest pleasures. Yet, cheese can enhance or ruin a good wine in a heartbeat, and vice versa. As part of our tribute to Hong Kong Tatler’s Great Wines of Italy event this December, we’ve found an expert to lead the way. Knowing that there are endless possibilities of wine and cheese pairings, we’ve asked Italian cheese maker Giorgio Cravero, whose family has been crafting fine Italian cheese since 1855, for his insight on wine and cheese pairings. Here are his tips.
